Turnaround Time

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm (cst). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays.

All orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Turnaround time is within 3 business days for designs currently in our shop with no customization (color, font, layout changes).  

All items will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout. Please double check the email address for accuracy before finalizing your order. 

If you have not received your files by the end of the 3rd business day, please check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, contact us at beckie@partysoperfect.com.

When you purchase a printed invitation, you will receive a digital file via email within 3 business days of purchase. Upon your approval, the invitations will be printed and shipped within 3 business days.

Party Decor items printing and shipping time varies depending on the amount of items you need.  A timeframe will be discusssed prior to purchase. 

Your package will be shipped from Fort Walton Beach, Florida via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery.

Turnaround time for custom orders varies, depeding on your design needs and will be discussed prior to purchase.

If you need your file(s) sooner than the current turnaround time, rush service is available for printable invitations and party kits.  The cost is $5 for a single item and $8 for a party kit or multiple items.  You will have the option to add rush service at checkout.

If you are purchasing custom items, please let us know that you need the items rushed during our pricing discussion.
