Policies

{BUSINESS HOURS}
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm (cst). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays.

All orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

{CORRESPONDENCE}
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns and we will respond with 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays).  While our preferred method of communcation is via emai, if you need to speak to us personally regarding your order, please send us an email and we will call you to discuss your order.

{PAYMENT}
Payment is due at the time your purchase is being made. Any orders placed without payment will be cancelled.  If you require assistance during the checkout process, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Payments are processed through a secure server via Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay using Paypal. Once you get to the Paypal payment screen, simply choose the credit card option.

Paypal payments made by e-check can take up to 5 business days to clear. Your order will not be processed until we have received notice of your cleared payment.

{CANCELLATIONS}
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so as long as design work has not begun.  Once we have started designing your order, we will not be able to issue you a refund.  If you need to cancel your order, contact us right away using the Contact Us form or by emailing us at beckie@partysoperfect.com. 

{REFUNDS}
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued once design work has begun.

Once you have received your files, we urge you to double check your order for accuracy prior to printing.  We are not responsible for customer errors entered at checkout (wrong date, time, spelling); however, if you realize that you made a mistake when entering the information, just let us know within 5 business days and we'll correct it for you. 

Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, as well as from one printer to another; therefore, Party So Perfect cannot be responsible for color variations. If color matching is very important to you, please do a test print before purchasing. Because there are many variables that may affect printing results, no refunds or revisions of colors may be done if you don't like the color that is printed versus the color you see on your screen.

{CUSTOMIZATION}
The product you will receive will be designed as shown in our shop; although we sometimes have to make small adjustments for spacing, depending on the amount of text you wish to include.  The layout, graphics, fonts and colors will be the same.  If you would like something changed, please contact us PRIOR to purchasing to make sure we can accomodate your request and to discuss any additional charges that may apply.  

{PHOTO POLICY}
If you will be using a professional photo in your design, you must have the right to use the photo. We reserve the right to request a copy of the photo release from the original photographer. 

Photo resolution is very important. Pixelated or blurry photos can lower the quality of the design.  Please be sure that the photo you send us is high resolution.  We cannot be responsible for poor quality, low resolution photos.
