How It Works

Party So Perfect's printable invitations and party decor are the budget-friendly way to personalize your party. Just choose your invitation from a large collection of party themes, then add the coordinating items you'd like - thank you cards, cupcake toppers, beverage wrappers, food labels, goody bag tags and more! 

{PRINTABLES ORDERING PROCESS}
The ordering process is as easy as 1...2...3.

1. Purchase the party items that will make your party perfect. Be sure to complete the personalization info at the bottom of the screen before adding the items to your cart.

2. The items will be personalized and emailed to you.

3. Print, cut & assemble the items. 

We do not provide proofs.  All files are sent ready to print.  This saves you time because if there are no changes, you are ready to print and do not have to wait for us to send the file in final print format. If there are changes to be made, we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order.

{PRINTED ITEMS ORDERING PROCESS}
1. Purchase the party items that will make your party perfect. Be sure to complete the personalization info at the bottom of the screen before adding the items to your cart.

 2. The items will be personalized and emailed to you for review & approval.  If there are changes, we will make them and resend the items. Once they items are approved by you, the items will be printed (and cut if applicable).

 3. The items will be mailed to you within 3 business days upon approval. Depending on the quantity of items purchased, printing/shipping times may vary.

{DESIGN QUESTIONS}
Rush Service - If you need your file(s) sooner than the current turnaround time, rush service is available for printable invitations and party kits.  The cost is $5 for a single item and $8 for a party kit or multiple items.  You will have the option to add rush service at checkout.

Add Food Items - Tent cards and buffet labels are sent blank and do not include text; however, we can add your food items for $2 per sheet of 4 tent cards or sheet of 8 buffet labels.

Customization - The product you will receive will be designed as shown in our shop; although we sometimes have to make small adjustments for spacing, depending on the amount of text you wish to include.  The layout, graphics, fonts and colors will be the same.  If you would like something changed, please contact us PRIOR to purchasing to make sure we can accomodate your request and to discuss any additional charges that may apply. 

Editing - PDF and JPG files are not editable. All items are copyrighted and can only be edited by Party So Perfect.

Custom Orders - If you don't see a party theme that fits your party needs, please contact us to discuss a custom order.  We take on custom orders as our design schedule allows.

{INVITATION PRINTING}
Printing at Home - All of our invitations may be printed on 8.5x11 cardstock or as a photo on photo paper. If printing on cardstock, we recommend a heavy weight (atleast 80 lb. but 110 lb. is better) paper.  If you are printing at home on a photo printer, consider purchasing A7 (5x7) sized photo paper and choose the "print to edge" option so that there will be no white border around the edges.

Professional Cardstock Printing - You may send your invitations to a local print shop such as Office Max, Staples, Kinkos or Office Depot for printing on cardstock.  You will want to choose the PDF option if you'd like to print on cardstock.

Photo Card Printing - You may also have your invitations printed at a local or online photo printer such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Snapfish. You will want to choose the JPG option for this type printing. We recommend choosing the matte option over the glossy option. Many local places also offer one hour service.

{ENVELOPES}
Our invitations use A7 envelopes (5 1/4 x 7 1/4) and thank you cards use A2 envelopes (4 3/8 x 5 3/4).  Envelopes may be purchased at your local office supply stores such as Office Max or Staples or at craft stores such as JoAnns or Michaels. You may also find specialty envelopes online at www.envelopes.com. Some local and online photo labs provide envelopes when you purchase photocards.

{PARTY DECOR PRINTING}
All printable party decor items are emailed as high resolution PDF files and are best printed on bright white 8.5x11 heavy cardstock (atleast 80 lb.) unless otherwise noted below.

The following items are best printed on bright white 60 lb. cardstock if you want a little more flexibilty for bending - napkin rings, cupcake wrappers, straw flags & water wrappers (not waterproof).

Address Labels - Formatted to be printed on Avery 5160 labels.  You can download the template on Avery.com if it is not already installed on your computer.

Water Wrappers - Can be printed on heavy cardstock or a full sheet label but are not waterproof.  If you'd like them to be waterproof, use a vinyl waterproof label.  Check your local craft store or purchase online at www.planetlabel.com.

Candy Bar Wrappers - Can be printed heavy cardstock, 30 lb. gloss paper or full sheet label paper.

T-shirt Transfers - Print on 8.5 x 11 iron on tranfer paper

Any of our printables may be printed on full sheet label paper if you'd prefer to use them as stickers or want to make them self-adhesive.

{ASSEMBLY}
A list of supplies needed and a full set of instructions is sent with every order; however, we have posted a few of our frequently requested assembly instructions below. 

Cupcake Toppers - After printing your party circles file, cut your page into columns.  Use a 2 or 2.5 inch craft punch to punch out the circle.  Attach a lollipop stick to the back of the circle using a 1" white circle label (found at any office supply store) or by using craft glue.  If using glue, lay the cupcake topper flat until the glue is dry. 

Banner - After printing your banner, cut out each panel using scissors, craft knife or craft paper cutter.  You can then either punch holes or make small slits in the top left and right corners. Thread ribbon through the holes or slits, leaving aout 18 inches of ribbon on each end for hanging.

Water Wrappers - Print the wrappers using your choice of paper (use vinyl labels for waterproof) and cut out using scissors or a craft paper cutter.  Remove the original label from the bottle.  Wrap the label around the bottle, trimming any excess but leaving a small section of overlap.  Secure with double-sided tape.

{TROUBLESHOOTING}
The colors look different- Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, as well as from one printer to another; therefore, Party So Perfect cannot be responsible for color variations. If color matching is very important to you, please do a test print before purchasing.

The invites are printing smaller than 5x7 - Most likely this is a printer setting issue.  In your advanced printer settings, make sure that "Actual Size" is marked, not "Fit" or "Fit to Page". If this is not an option in your settings, you should have an option to choose printing at 100%. 

Distorted or missing fonts - Our printables are only able to be viewed with Adobe Reader and not the default MAC viewer called Preview. If you open a PDF file in MAC, it will automatically open with Preview, even if you have Adobe Reader installed.  It is recommended that you open Adobe Reader, then open all of files from within Adobe Reader.  If you open using Preview, it is possible that not all fonts will show up or they may be distorted.
